Fancied some sequin leggings that are about at the moment but didnt want to spend that much on something that probably gets worn once! Tried to make some out of the Carol pattern and some lycra from Tiaknight on ebay for £2.50!
I cut pattern ‘S’ which fit ok-ish but next time i would add some extra seam allowance for a bit more room. Such an easy pattern to make though would recommend it!
lycra from Tiaknight (The Fabric Place) on ebay

Wow, I love them! So much better than the shiny-all-over-leggings I saw everywhere and liked, when I went out to the fancy part of town the other day… (haven’t been there for a while, felt a bit not-up-to date with things, hehe)! Great work.

Love these. I’m about to sew two pairs of leggings today…I’m obsessed with them! Anyway, I always see you refer to Tia Knight on Ebay but I can never find the shop…do you have a link you could share?? Thanks, C xx

Great stuff emij ! I wanted to make these leggings but wanted to know whether there are any instructions to go with them?? I seem to have not downloaded them with the pattern I’ve got. Also did you make yours slightly shorter? as the burdastyle pic shows a gathered leg at the ankle. bxx
