This is another dress based on Burda pattern 7829-yes I made two!
Fitted bodice, pleated A-line, easy to make and flattering-what more can you want?
This dress has a lined bodice, but I also chose to line the skirt.
Blue and white cotton seersucker makes for a lightweight and breezy summer dress.
Invisible zipper.

Wow! That’s such a cute dress – you’ve inspired me, I bought some cream/blue striped seersucker for £1.00 GBP a metre 2 days ago – now I know what to do with it :)

You look great. I love this pattern too – I have used it about SEVEN times! You make me want to make it now in a light summery colour.

Love it — and the hat, too! I was thinking about making a lightweight linen dress similar to this, but you’re making me think seersucker now.
