Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I decided to make myself a new outfit, and did a skirt and a top. For my top I did a sleeveless raspberry-colored blouse with ruffles to compliment the skirt. For my skirt, I reverted to my favorite style…the circle skirt. I did a 1/2 circle skirt here. I also did a new waistband. Usually I do an elastic waistband but decided to do a matching waistband for this one. I also made a couple fabric covered buttons for the side. For the hem, instead of my usual bias tape hem, I did a narrow hem.

Your outfit looks great! You´ve chosen very nice colors and your work is very clean and looks very professional. More and more people obsessed with the 50ies and 60ies! I completely understand that, have the same “problem”. And polkadots too, of course!
