I used the Knee length dress with pockets #117BC pattern and adapted it to make a 1950s inspired party dress with a big poofy skirt.
The fabric is from Ikea, I scored a whole bolt of it for only $12! So, I decided to get creative with it. I lined it with a white broadcloth, with a more fitted underskirt.
