Self-drafted, and out of beige knit stuff. I used my own tutorial for making custom fit leggings, and extended the legs to have an extra 20cm or so in length and to be about 1-2cm wider, and zig-zagged a length of elastic up the inside leg seam to scrumple them up.

I’ve tried to link to my tutorial in Burdastyle that I used in “Based on”, but after a dozen attempts it doesn’t seem to work for me (?)
The dress is from Pattern Magic by Tomoko Nakamichi, more details here
beige knit stuff, 6mm elastic, 25mm elastic in the waistband
