I found some jersey-knit scraps at the thrift store, there was quite a lot of it but big sections had been cut out. I wanted to make a wrap-cardigan to wear to work in summer when the air-conditioning is CRANKED but I have a sleeveless top on from being outside in the +40 weather. There was enough fabric left in the remnants to get one piece for the back, but then I had to get creative for the front and the sleeves. I originally wanted long-sleeves but there wasn’t enough fabric. I also added a bit of eyelet trim on the sleeves just to make it a bit different. I love the result! I even wore it out a few times before it was finished just because I loved it so much!
Blue jersey-knit from the thrift store's "fill a shopping bag for a toonie" sale - score!
