Scotllandshop.com sells very nice original scottish fabrics, such that I could not resist to order two of them, one more classic (red/green), the other, which I used for this project, more colourful.
Surprisingly, they turned out to look almost identical to the picture on my laptop screen.
HarrisTweed No. A 094, 100 % wool.
The skirt has been drafted similar to a skirt by Hallhuber, and also similar to pattern 116.
I already have in my wardrobe. It has a
invisible zipper and a lining.

Nice skirt. I have a similar fabric of which I would like to make a skirt like yours. I only haven’t find the right pattern yet. It’s only another colour combination i thought blue/yellow.
