New York City, N...
I made a simple Tartan skirt with fabric a friend gave me after he used it to dress as a Scotish dancer at a party. Luckily for me kilts do not require a lot of sewing, cutting and adjusting so I snatched a pretty decent sized rectangle!
In just a couple of hours I made up a straight skirt with a joke piece at the waist. It is based on the Simplicity
4420 skirt pattern but it’s a pretty basic design so I’m sure many other brands make a similar one.
Since last year I have seen so many tartan printed clothes in shops and on girls in the street that I feel very much in style right now!
Do you have your Tartan skirt/pants/shirt too?
