This is my entry for the Bernina Scarf Dress competition! I had a great time making it!! Sorry the pictures are a little rough, i couldn’t get my husband to wake up and take the pictures for me. ;)
I got the blue scarf with flowers at my favorite little antique shop for $2, and the green and white striped one for 25 cents at a thrift store. I bought a handful of sewing notions and elastic from an estate sale last weekend, and there happened to be just the right size elastic thread for this project. I used orange thread on the outside, which came from my grandmother’s massive thread collection. I had a blast making this, and am now obsessed with looking for scarves!!
It's time to enter for our grand prize, an EX100 machine PLUS a trip to Nashville!
