I found this wonderful silk scarf and thought wow that would make an amazzing scarf dress for the contest. Sadly there was only one … not enough or maybe there is!!!
I made a blouse instead. As the scarf was sheer I had to use a lining. The photos don’t really do this justic. The flowers are a lovely purple and lavender on an animal print, the lining is more lavender. I had to take the photo indoors as it’s raining out and that threw off the colors in the picture quite a bit.
I photographed with and without straps. It’s turned out perfect either way and my daughter loves it.
Scarf is china silk, Lining rayon.
