I used a cotton fabric for this jacket. I didn’t change much of the original pattern, I only shortened the sleeves and used eye and hook fastening instead of the zipper. I made the jacket without pockets and lined it with a synthetic fabric (that rustles, urgh!).
I used red piping to brighten the olive green of the fabric. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the lining fabric in a similar color.

Wow, it is a new idea to use this pattern. Very good! And I like it with this red piping. I have made this jacket, too. But my version is made for cool weather. Now, I’m going to see your blogspot!

It’s a very versatile pattern, I think.

This jacket is so pretty. I love how the printed fabric and the piping details give it a whole new look. I want a jacket like this.

It’s a good pattern, I didn’t have to change much, it fits really well and I like the result.

I love this printed jacket. Great with jeans and just the right length. The piping is a super feature. Very wearable.

Thanks. It does go great with jeans, but with any other pants or skirt it looks too dressy for my taste.
