Saying goodbye to a loved one is such an incredibly hard thing to do…a plain black dress worn to a loved one’s funeral recently. Again, just a few of my own ideas added together, a cowl front and back neckline, and of course my favourite sleeveless version. For some extra detail, I’ve added a lace border to the bottom hem.

thank you so much for your kind words..it was actually so hard to make this dress (and I do not know why I did!!) but perhaps it was just my way of going through the process of saying goodbye!
