I’m intrested in ‘all in one’ patterns, so I had to make this. Skirt – as in the original – replaced by waistband and I also cut the whole top as two pieces to get the stripes to be symmetrical. (I was hesitating to do this for most of the morning. Still thinking about the a-symmetrical effect instead…)

Wow, that’s such a cool top, and such a cool pattern! I too am intrigued by all-in-one-patterns, haven’t gotten around to the yamamoto-top yet (not quite all-in-one, but kind of) but I still intend to! Thanks for including a picture of the pattern-layout, interesting.

I really like this top. I think you did well to make the stripes into the chevron effect. Good job!

I love it! It looks great! The colors are so vibrant and the V-shaped lines down the front are really flattering especially with the waistband to anchor it all. Very cool :)
