I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m simply not patient enough to knit my own sweaters, so I bought some sweater knit fabric and thought that the Sarah cardigan pattern would be a perfect fit! I changed the kimono-esque sleeves to batwing sleeves and finished with some contrasting fabric. It’s the first time I’ve attempted to sew with a sweater knit, so it was a bit of a challenge. It’s not perfect, but it’s wearable — so I’m satisfied!
