This is my version of the Sassy Librarian Blouse. I didn’t make a muslin so it is a bit wonky in the bust area, but the the fit is spot on over my hips. Being the pear that I am I started with a size 4 from the top to the waist, and then ended up with size 16 over my hips. My bust measurement was an exact fit for size 4, and still the blouse ended up looking a bit like a sack around the bust area. I ended up extending the release pleats on the front 10 cm (4") to get a better fit in the waist. I just love the fabric and the buttons so it is a shame I didn’t do a muslin for the perfect fit, but I’ll still wear this blouse.
