I bought a sarong during a holiday in Rarotonga, which was useful on a desert island but at home in an inland city it is a little out of context! I never paid much attention to this pattern until oonaballoona made her couch dress – and I loved it!

i can’t believe my couch dress gave you an idea for this loveliness! this is gorgeous. makes me wanna try a sabrina, possibly in a fabric meant for a lighter piece of furniture.

Hi, thanks everyone. At the moment it does stay up and feels quite secure. I haven’t had the chance to wear it much though (a bit too cold yet!) so I will let you all know if I have any embarrassing mishaps!
