Last weekend I went to the fleamarket and scrounged through piles of Indian sari’s – I found this gem right at the bottom for R5 ($0.50!), I LOVE this fabric – the detail of the sequins and flowers is beautiful. We went to a wedding last night so I quickly made this dress and was still trying to finish sewing it an hour before the wedding
so last minute! I still have enough fabric to make a cushion from another beaded section of the sari so I’m very excited :)
