Description

This is my first Burda Style pattern and creation. I used my mum’s old embroidered scarf with a big whole in the middle (thanks to the moth in the closet). I had to modify the pattern a bit because I didn’t have enough fabrics. So I shortened the sleeves and the back. I also omitted the sleeves pleat and used lettuce leaves hems. I also used pink satin ribbon to hold the shrug at the front. I wore it to a birthday party and a few people came to ask me where I’ve got this lovely shrug from! Thanks Burda Style!

Material Notes

Old cashmere scarf, satin ribbon

I adore the embroidery on this one. It’s so sweet that you’ve reused your mom’s lovely scarf …
