Love the feathers. Very saucy. Is is a stretch velvet? ’Cause that would make it yummier.

No it’s not a stretch velvet. But i totally agree that it would be brilliant for the dress. I picked up the dress in a charity shop for around £3.00 then just bought a feather boa and stitched it on. the fabric is a sparkly stretch im guessing at jersey but i really don’t know enough on fabric to be 100% certain.
