Description

This is my first blouse using this pattern from Burda 08/2009. I made it in a cotton/silk batiste and it’s as light as air.

For the pants I used a straight pant pattern with side zipper, from Burda 02/2011. I made he waistband wider and removed the side pockets. I cut the pattern right below the crotch and pivoted the legs sideways, to get that extra wide leg.
I used linen for the pant and piping. I removed the flaps after seeing the pictures :)

The colour combo in this outfit packs a real punch – love it! Your pink polka dot fabric is gorgeous too – you look fab!
