Description

Adorable! this little shirt from Salme Patterns turned out to be everything I was hoping it would be. Comfy, fresh, and different. Something new for spring and summer. I sewed this in a lightweight broadcloth, perfect for warm weather – but it can be done in woven or knit fabric.

Love it! And look forward to doing more versions in other colors and fabrics. How about a sleeveless version? Or cropped – how cute would that be?

More pics and info on a couple changes – I lowered the neckline and made elbow-length sleeves – on Coco’s Loft!

Material Notes

Paper white broadcloth by Monika Chiang, from Fabric Mart.
