This top is based on pattern #115 of the 04/2014 Burda magazine.
I do not know what this top has done to me! Ever since the first day I saw the image on the Burda preview, I went crazy! Determined to make it in different colors for spring.
About the fabric: After hesitating on a Yves Saint Laurent wool fabric that I ended up not taking and regretting, this time I saw a white Yves Saint Laurent cotton fabric. No need to tell you that it headed directly in my shopping basket (actually no. it ended under my arm as I don’t shop with basket lol). Please note that I am not the kind of person who buys a brand just to have a brand. I rather go for brands because of the quality of the fabric, thus, the result of the garment.
I had the courage to pre-sew the top in a cheap fabric. You will see that the result is not the same.
