I chose to secure the little snipped points to the wrong side by sewing around the shape to outline it, and at the same time to fix in place the pocket pieces (no pattern piece given). Just take two pieces and baste them together 3cm from the edge. Press open this seam and place the pieces behind your lip-shaped window – these will actually form the red lips
