Basic pair of shorts with sailor button closures.

Used the wrong side of a soft striped denim recycled from an old pair of Jordache Trouser style jeans. I used the wrong side because the right side had paint splatter. Wrong side is lighter in color, but work well for the type of shorts.

Cool! I like the closure, did you have a pattern for that or did you have to draw it by yourself? Would not think that this is the wrong side of the fabric!

Yes, I used a pattern.

I printed this one out and adjusted the measurements to my large and rather flat size.The buttons are also placed kinda differently, but I didn’t really pattern them, I just drew them onto the fabric when I finished the shorts.
