I made these shorts ages ago but never uploaded them, perhaps because the fit is so uncomfortable! They could definitely used a bit more crotch length. And although I added 3-4cm to the legs, they’re still a bit on the short side (I suppose the name of the pattern gives it away!). Otherwise, it’s a great pattern and there are some lovely versions of it on burdastyle. I finished the waistband with some gold buttons and rouleau for a more nautical look. Unfortunately, rouleau is so shadily done that getting them off proves quite the challenge! You live and you learn, I guess :)
