cute jumper with anchors all over it
straps- mine were 2cm wide, but you can make them as wide as you want. measeure from the middle of your back to just below your boobs for length.
middle- 2x as wide as you want, mine was about 10 in. then i folded it in half giving it more security. measure around your ribcage for lenght and add about an inch if you need a zipper., i alway
skirt- as long as you want and about twice as wide as would fit you.
gather the skirt and pin it to the middle on one side (right side/right side if that makes sense.) then sew. fold over middle and sew again hiding the top skirt seam. for the bottom seam fold over 1/2 inch, iron then fold again and sew. add the straps so that they go right over the middle of your boob, i didn’t do that and they ended up falling off my shoulders all the time.

super cute and nautical! it seems your instructions are very similar to the “how to make a quick party skirt” tutorial, with the addition of the straps/suspenders. great idea and execution, inspires me to make one as well!
