Burda 2/2011 nr 129
Original pattern did not include the bow which i inserted later. The T-shirt looked too plain despite the red stipes. And i love the bow. It looks super cute and super sexy and elegant all the same time. Tried to find some tutiorals from internet but failed. So had to think muself.
Sewed it together with my new serger which i start to understand and love :) Now one thing i have to to is to buy a twin needle ;)
The title: i feel like a sailor (red/white combo) who works at the office :P
I added a tag which gives ti a more storebought look in my opinion.

That looks lovely – the bow adds just the right amount of pizzazz!

Looks terrific. I wonder if I could just take some fabric off the bottom of a longer T-shirt, cut the neck down … & make the collar … or even add a contrasting colour of the same weight t-shirt fabric. I love the look. :)

That fabric and your bow addition have come together as a very cute T-shirt, I like it!

Doesnt it look almost not like a T-shirt? :)

I tried to reply to you and hit the ‘innapropriate’ button by accident… sorry!!
Meant just to say no, it certainly does look like a ‘blouse’ much more than a t-shirt :)
