I LOVE navy style, so I made this dress with a pattern i’ve made myself. I sew the bias tape all around the neck and at the bottom of the dress.

I made it too! It’s made with the little balls of the mexican hats (like this http://www.tiendayohana.com/images/sombrero-mexicano.jpg ) . They can be use as a brooch too.
There will be a few of them available in my etsy shop next week.
