  Wow! That is really beautifully done! I’ve never tried a corset myself, but I’ve made items with boning and they have never come out too well. Very brave of you to make a corset with stripes as your first! Wonderful work.

  Looks like the bust gores could start a bit higher but otherwise it does look very good for a first corset!

  Well done! I love the stripes! I’ve never done a striped one because I"m not confident enough that my seams are straight. Yours is simply gorgeous!

  A tip for making a comfortable corset, btw; the back should lace parallel. This looks like the Laughing Moon corset pattern, and if it is, she includes directions for adding a hip gore to help out. Also, the more boning you use, the more evenly you get squeezed, and the more comfortable you’ll be.

    Yes indeed! That’s the Laughing moon… I did add some cm to the top but it was not enough to fully cover my breast so I suppose I’ll wear it with a kind of blouse underneath…
