I love the Sabrina Jumper pattern, and made one for my sister last year. I also made one for myself, but was not loving the results. So I took another stab at it in a better fabric. I only just had enough of this chambray, since it was a snag off the remnant table, but it turned out quite well. I ended up sewing the pleats down, because they were gaping in an odd way around my rather round rear end.
The fit of this dress does seem a little odd though, it’s on the snug side around the chest, but has plenty of ease around the waist and hips. This is the opposite of my usual problem, which is way too much ease in the chest, just right in the waist, and no where near enough in the hip.

Love this Sabrina on you. I have started my own Sabrina months ago and then paused somehow. You made me want to finish it! Thank you! :)

Good idea! It would be great in corduroy in the fall. You should definitely make one!
