Another dress i made using the t-shirt mini dress pattern! This time i tried out this wonderful rusty knit wool fabric i paid 1euro/meter….and i kept a piece for a scarf too :)
I slightly shortened the bottom and added the doubled band…and i also enlarged the neckline!
It was a little more difficult sewing knit instead of classic jersey but the overlocker helped so much!

I used the overlock for putting the pieces together, and the normal machine for the sleeves hem and the collar…I think overlock is the absolute best with jersey, but my normal machine, that is a not very old model, sews it very well! you should just make a few trials..

I think i made something like 5 or 6 dressed using this pattern…for me, mum and frinds…short, long, 3/4 sleeved, with or without bottom band, for winter, summer, spring…Thank you dixiedly!!!!
