The dress was love from a first sight! It’s from Burda October 118 A.
The pattern is really good, I made only minor alterations such as to lengthen sleeves and no zipper in the back as I used jersey.

Hi, First just tell you your dress looks great. Second, I want to make this dress using a knit fabric and I was wondering if you cut the front piece on the bias as they suggest in the instructions. I’m asking because maybe knits don’t need that to drape at the cowl and it might be a problem for the skirt if i cut it on the bias. Thanks.

Hi, belira, as the dress front piece has a curved form, I put the skirt part lengthwise and the cowl part happended to be on bias.
