Need a new top in an hour (or two)? I did. I wanted a new top for happy hour with friends.
Plus I had some great red jersey fabric just begging to be made into something fabulous!
I did not use a pattern for this but got some inspiration from Nayantara’s how-to for making a drawstring jumper dress. I modified the instructions to make a top and added a ruffle which I really wanted! If there is an interest I could post a how-to on how to make this fun top, let me know your thoughts.
By-the-way everyone at happy hour was surprised it only took me a couple of hours to make and best of all, I felt confident and girly in my new top!
