I swooned when I first saw this fabric, row after row of stretchy ruffles. I found it at the LA Fashion district for a steal but you can buy it online at Fabric.com. it comes 50" wide in many colors. I loved the richness of the cream. My mind raced with all the possibilities for it. Expect to see many more projects from me with this fabric. My first is this simple one that combines a 4" wide strip of ruffles and my favorite “V” neck tee shirt pattern in matte jersey. I found the matte jersey to match at my local JoAnns.
