This is a modification of the JJ Blouse pattern. Besides extending the length, I simplified the rufffles and the sleeves. I also cut the pattern a size larger to make the fit a little looser/casual. So it looks good with a belt.
I love shirt dresses and the JJ pattern is a great base to work from.
