I love this chiffon fabric that has velvet U shape design on it. The top and bottom of the fabric has plain chiffon so I cut off the top piece to make the ruffles for the neck and sleeves. This way it creates a balance at the hemline. I had only a metre of the fabric so I design this style with elastic waistline for shaping, ruffled neckline and ruffled sleeves. An invisible zipper is enclosed at the side.
It is so comfortable and very trendy at the same time. I am loving it :-)
