This dress is my entry for Modified Style 2011 in Portland, OR.
I draped/drafted the entire pattern myself. It’s made out of fabric that was donated to the event (each designer received a bag of fabric to work with). The dress is modeled by my friend, Starlyn.
The top has hand sewn ruffles decorating the neckline and the skirt is made out of 3 circle skirts of different lengths. There are waist ties in the back with a big bow!

It's time to enter for our grand prize, an EX100 machine PLUS a trip to Nashville!
