A ruffle blouse I made using a Knipmode pattern. The design is a little bit out of my comfort zone but I try to make things that aren’t already in my closet. I used a subtly checked cotton lawn and cut the front and back on the bias to improve the fit. Also I matched up the pattern on the front to create a slimming V. The pattern originally comes with long sleeves but to me that was too much fabric, so I shortened them drastically.
I blogged about it here.
