I got the idea for this from ForMathilde’s “collar cuff” (see link in credits to view one of her cuffs; she also has two others in her studio). It was fairly easy to re-create, although mine is smaller version. I up-cycled a pair of old pants made of a soft gray and charcoal brocade. One leg basically made the ruffled (created by 3 rows of basting), and then I added a simple tube tie cut from the other leg. It’s a great way to dress up any coat or little black dress!
