I was nervous about working with lace for the first time and there are several mistakes that I didn’t have time to fix, so if you catch any, you’ll have to look past them. But, needless to say, I’m really pleased with the way this dress turned out. I did struggle with the instructions quite a bit and had to take notes as I went along (I’m a sewing nerd). I’m still working on getting my blog up and running but I’ll post my journey through this project soon, hopefully my nerd notes will help anyone who wants to give this pattern a try. It’s a beautiful pattern and I’m hoping that someone will benefit from my mistakes! I’m hoping to try a more casual version next time.
