Made using an Eliza M Vintage sewing pattern, this 1950’s influenced wiggle dress was very quick to sew together and gives shape with contour darts and waist darts. I fully lined it instead of adding facings. It’s so tight, you can’t help but wiggle in it!

Hi Jane, love the dress it fits beautifully. I’m hoping to go on a fabric store hunt in London in the next few weeks. Do you have any favourite stores?

Hi there, so sorry for the late reply, I haven’t been on the Burda site for a while. If your trip to London hasn’t been and gone then I’d highly recommend going to the Goldhawk Road (Goldhawk Rd station on the Hammersmith and City line). They have about 12 fabric shops so you’ll be sure to find something you like! x
