New Orleans, Lou...
Rosie’s named for the great Rose Maddox, the grandmother of Rockabilly music. She is made from dark red faux suede material. Rosie’s dress was created just for her. It is fitted to her special size and shape and can be removed easily for cleaning, etc. The dress is a deep-v backed halter dress with a full skirt. Her “pearls” are white glass beads strung on thin wire with a lobster claw clasp. The earrings are sewn on as is her silver bow. Rosie wanted this dress in order to show off her lovely tattoo. It is an embroidered applique in the shape of a heart flanked by white flowers. Rosie is sporting baby blue eyeshadow and black eyeliner. Her arms and legs are jointed, however, her head is not. She is 14" tall standing and 9" tall sitting.
Rosie is for display only; she has many small parts.
everything came from my scrap pile, so I’m not 100% sure
