Delta Jct., Alas...
I had a few left over fabric scraps from previous sewing projects and decided to make some use of them. I followed no particular patterns or tutorials, and just decided to get crafty. And created this simple and cute summer bag that can take you from chilling on the beach to a stroll through a summer carnival. The panel edges don’t match up giving the tote bag an imperfection that makes it different from the usually matchy matchy rule of the usual striped tote bags. I finished off the look with top stitching and my Hashemesh tag stitched in the front near the handles.
The rose violet pink panels and outer handles are a Polyester/Cotton blend. While the white panels and inner handles are 100% Muslin Cotton; and fully lined in it as well.
The lines of Greek architecture inspire this neutral and pastel collection.
