New York City, N...
This was probably among the easiest skirt pattern ever!
I cut three rectangles of an identical height and just doubled the width for each flounce. But considering the extremely sheer fabric, I chose the tricky and time-consuming part was lining the skirt to give it some much needed decency. Unfortunately one layer of the cotton voile lining I had in stock was nowhere near what was needed to make this skirt wearable so I had to sew two layers. Then I just added an elastic band at the waist and that gave me a comfy skirt to wear on warm summer days.
