Romantic Dog Dress

Santo Domingo, D...

This is a very cool dog dress free pattern I found online, was easier than I thought, also the original tutorial was made with stretch fabric but since I was testing decided to use a few scraps of floral and teddy bear cotton and twill.I added velcro to the front and skirt, attached most of it with the serger wich gave the dress a very professional touch, also did the skirt rufffles wuth the serger.Turned out very good but i am sure will look even better with knit fabric.
*Thanks to for the free dog pattern and to my sweet chuhuahua Minie Brownie for modeling so gracefull.. I guess she just feel pretty with her new outfit!

Material Notes

Floral twill scrap.
Teddy bear cotton.
Small piece of silk bias take that I used as bow.
*A friendly dog that let you try the garment on several times to make sure it fit nicely.

Spring, Summer, Fall
Garment Type
Romantic, Preppy, Evening Wear
