This is a one of a kind girls dress in size 7 (approx) made from a genuine hand embroidered vintage tablecloth.
The drew sis made in the so sought for Romanian peasant style. Natural fabrics and comfortable shapes are favoured. Also the hand made and hand embroidery is the natural preference.
The cotton lace used for trimming is also vintage.
The embroidery features flowers and trees . Th centre piece of the table cloth has ben cut in such a way to form a bib at the front of the dress.
The wood heart buttons are hand painted – bought from Rainbow Silks, Great Missenden, UK.
Unique dress for a little girl who likes vintage!
Please note I used a used, vintage tablecloth. The dress has that feel, also the fabric was previously stained. I laundered the fabric carefully but left it as it was for an authentic vintage feel.
