Description
My friend approached me asking for some help making Roman Blinds for her large bedroom window. She couldn’t find a ready made one for sale, and after receiving extortionate quotes from tailor-made blind manufacturers, she decided to make it herself. The length was over 2.5 metres, so we both worked on it for good 6 hours (she did more, as she measured and cut the fabric herself).
This was a truly pleasurable project and after the blinds were done, I decided to make two matching cushions for her from the leftover fabrics.
She says she loves the result!
