Description

Always wanted to do the cowl so I created my own version of the cowl dress. It is a self draft pattern that has back darts and invisible zipper enclosed. The front has a seam underneath the bust area with bust darts and waist pleats. The reason for the seam on the front of the garment is that I am so busted and I wanted the dress to fit more properly around the bust area without having it looking baggy. There are two loops attached to the top of the neckline and joining to the each sleeves.

I am pleased with my design and wear it to work yesterday. I was so rocking the cowl…hence the name. What do u think? Am I rocking it????

2 yd linen blends….somehow the fabric looks chambray to me
