I made view E of MCall’s 6044, but with short sleeves. I had a hard time figuring some things out, but I feel like that may be because I’m a total noob. This was my third sewing project (I’ve made an apron and an a-line skirt), so it was definitely a challenge.

Great job! Nice pics! I have this pattern but am unable to decide which size to cut it. My husband wears different RTW sizes with different brands. The pattern tissue is as per S,M,L and the envelope has the finished garment measurements. Are they true to the size?

Yes, my husband’s chest measured at 40" and I cut a medium. The fit was spot on. the only alteration I made was to take 2" off of the length
