Step 4
Collar to Bib. Take one collar half. Position right sides facing (the non-interfaced side is the right side) on the bib, center fronts aligned. Catching just ONE side of the collar, stitch. Now, turn the other seam allowance into the collar and press, continuing all the way to the back of the collar for both seam allowances, so all allowances are inside the collar. Topstitch all around. Repeat for other side.
